1. Approval of Agenda​

2. Public Comments – This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Florence Audit Committee’s attention any item not otherwise listed on the Agenda. Comments will be limited to a maximum time of 10 minutes for all.

3. Introduction – Finance Director to introduce audit firm Isler CPA.

4. Role of the Audit Committee – Finance Director to provide a general overview of the role the Audit Committee will play in the City and FURA’s financial audit process.

5. Review of the Audit Plan – Audit Partner Paul Nielson will explain audit approach for the year ending June 30, 2014.

6. Committee Member Discussion – A time for members to provide direction and ask for clarification on audit procedures to be performed.
