City Budget Committee Meeting
Calendar Date:
On May 12, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. the City of Florence Budget Committee will hold its meeting via videoconference. At the May 12th meeting, the Budget Committee will continue presentations regarding the proposed Budget and deliberate / make a decision to approve. Given COVID-19 restrictions, citizens will not be able to attend City meetings in person.

Providing Comments / Testimony:
The May 12, 2021 Florence Budget Committee meeting will not allow time for verbal public comments. The City of Florence Budget Committee Public Hearing regarding the proposed 2021-2023 Biennial Budget is set for the May 10, 2021 Budget Committee meeting. - Written Testimony: Citizens are encouraged to submit written comments since it allows the public body an opportunity to review and consider the remarks in advance of the public meeting. Written testimony may be submitted by:
- Email to the Administrative Services Director HERE;
- Mail to Florence City Hall; Attn: Budget Committee, 250 Hwy 101, Florence, OR 97439
- Drop off at City of Florence drop box located at Florence City Hall (250 Hwy 101) to the right of the main entrance.
** NOTE: Written comments received at least 2 hours prior to the start of the meeting (May 12, 2021 at 3:30 p.m.), will be distributed to the Budget Committee, posted to the City of Florence website, and made part of the record.
