Parks and Recreation Master Plan, 2011
In January of 2011 the Florence City Council acknowledged the Parks and Recreation Master Plan to provide the necessary background information and technical analysis to support the proposed Comprehensive Plan and City Code amendments contained within the recommendations section of the plan.
The Florence Parks and Recreation Master Plan, 2011 was developed over a period of three years, with the guidance of the Florence Parks Commission, Parks and Recreation Master Planning Ad-hoc Committee and input from local officials, local state agency staff, and the general public.
