Ordinance No. 1, Series 2022 – An Ordinance amending Title 4,  Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Florence City Code (FCC) regarding the board of appeals and appeal procedures per senate bill 866, 2021.

Drop off at City of Florence drop box located at Florence City Hall (250 Hwy 101) to the right of the main entrance.

** NOTE: Written comments must be received at least 2 hour prior to the start of the meeting (January 24, 2022 at 3:30 p.m.) to be distributed to the City Council and made part of the record.

Citizens may provide verbal comments / testimony at the meeting via the GotoWebinar platform. In order to participate verbally at the meeting, citizens are required to complete a speaker’s card at least 1 hour prior to the start of the meeting (January 24, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.).
