Notice of Public Hearing - Airport Road Affordable Housing Development
On June 18, 2018, at its regular 5:30 PM meeting at the Florence Events Center (715 Quince Street, Florence, Oregon), the City of Florence City Council will hold a public hearing to hear testimony from interested persons about a proposed sale of City property. The property to be discussed is 1424 Airport Road. The City is considering authorizing the City Manager to sign an option agreement to sell the property for the development of low-income residential housing. The proposal to sell the property supports the City’s initiatives for the development of housing suitable for lower-income families in the community. At the hearing, any resident of the City will be given the opportunity to present written or oral testimony about the proposed sale.
