Ordinance No. 2, Series 2025 – An Ordinance approving annexation of property within the UGB, identified as 4760 S. Harbor Vista Drive, Parcel 2, Land Partition Plat No. 90-P0004, Lane County Official Records, in Lane County, Oregon.
Ordinance No. 3, Series 2025 – An Ordinance establishing medium-density residential district zoning as part of a proposed annexation to property identified as 4760 S. Harbor Vista Drive, Parcel 2, Land Partition Plat No. 90-P0004, Lane County Official Records, in Lane County, Oregon.
The City of Florence operates on a biennial budget, which is governed by Oregon's Local Budget Law. The City's Budget Officer prepares a proposed budget which is presented to the City's Budget Committee for approval. The Budget Committee consists of the City of Florence City Council and five citizen members. The approved budget is then adopted by the City Council.
The City of Florence is seeking interested parties to fill a vacancy on the City Council for a term expiring December 31, 2026. If you are interested in serving on the Florence City Council, please download the application below and submit to City Recorder Lindsey White, or drop off/mail to Florence City Hall at 250 Hwy 101, Florence, OR 97439. Applications are due by 5:00 pm. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
