     It's that time of year again! This year, the City of Florence is introducing business license renewals through Business License Registrar (a Net Assets product). This new processing platform will make the renewal process seamless and more transparent.

     Business owners, if you provided the City with a valid email when you last registered, you will be receiving an introduction email for licenseregistrar.com AFTER November 20, 2023. Please follow the links to set up your License Registrar account. As an alternative, you can navigate to licenseregistrar.com (or scan the QR code below) to set up your License Registrar account.

     If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder, navigate to the link above, or scan the QR code provided. If you have any issues with the website, you can click the Support/Contact link at the bottom of the License Registrar webpage.

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED: On January 22nd, 2024, any businesses who have not sent in their renewal application & payment will be subject to a 50% penalty fee, which will be added to their total amount due for renewal.
