Les Cardwell - Information Technology Manager
The Information Technology Manager plans, directs and oversees the City’s Information Technology (IT) Department. This position supports the IT systems supporting City business needs across the organization.
Duties of the IT Manager include:
- Prepares and administers the information technology budget to achieve the stated goals and objectives
- Develops, implements, and recommends policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup
- Develops and recommends strategic plans
- Plans, manages, and oversees the daily functions, operation, and activities of information technologies for the City.
