Attached below is the City of Florence's current employee handbook. There are additional supplemental policies that have been adopted that replace and supersede sections of the employee handbook. Information on what is replaced or changed is included in the supplemental policies.

There may be additional internal policies or procedures that are not reflected below. Please contact Human Resources with any questions about specific policies

Note: Employees belonging to the Florence Police Employees' Association are governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
