FEC Administrative Specialist II
$2,797—3,865 monthly
The City of Florence is accepting applications for an Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Florence Events Center!
Position Summary: The FEC Administrative Specialist performs standard office duties including, but not limited to, box office ticket sales, bookkeeping, customer service, volunteer coordination, and various administrative tasks for the Florence Events Center.
Qualifications: Education equivalent to high school diploma. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office environment, plus additional specialized training related to duties performed, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, ability and skills to perform the above duties.
Desirable Qualifications: Experience in basic office management, venue ticketing procedures, and bookkeeping as related to a public assembly facility.
