Notice of Potential Ordinance Passage
On November 18, 2019, the City of Florence City Council will review and consider an ordinance concerning the following...
Ordinance No. 7, Series 2019 - an Ordinance adopting legislative amendments to the Florence Realization 2020 Comprehensive Plan, Florence Zoning map legend, and Florence City Code Titles 10 and 11, to revise residential development standards and processes and amend land division processes.
This notice serves as official publication of the availability of the ordinance. The full text of the ordinance is available by clicking on the link below, or may be inspected at Florence City Hall, 250 Hwy 101, Florence, Oregon, during regular business hours.
Persons wishing to address the City Council should complete a speakers card available online HERE, or at the meeting. Speaker's cards are due at least five (5) minutes before the meeting. Comments on public hearing items will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. If you wish to submit comments in writing prior to the Council's meeting on November 18th, you may submit them to the Florence Planning Department by mail or in person at 250 Highway 101, Florence, OR 97439, or via email HERE.
