Ordinance No. 7, Series 2023– An ordinance adopting legislative amendments to the Florence Realization 2020 Comprehensive Plan, Florence City Code Title 10, and adopting and implementing the City of Florence 2023 Transportation System Plan. (This item is a carryover from the September 25 City Council Meeting)
Ordinance No. 9, Series 2023 – An ordinance approving the annexation of property within the
UGB, identified as assessor’s map 18-12-04-42 Tax Lot 01202.
Ordinance No. 10, Series 2023 – An ordinance establishing assignment of medium density
residential zoning as part of a proposed annexation to property identified as 88384 1st Avenue,
Assessor’s Map 18-12-04-42 Tax Lot 01202.
