Notice of Public Hearing - Property Sales
On May 21, 2018, at its regular 5:30 PM meeting at the Florence Events Center (715 Quince Street, Florence, Oregon), the City of Florence City Council will hold a public hearing to hear testimony from interested persons about a proposed sale of City property. The property to be discussed is Lot 38 of the Pacific View Business Park. The City is considering selling full fee titles in the commercial-use properties. The City has no foreseeable use for the properties and has had the properties listed for sale since January 2002. At the hearing, any resident of the City will be given the opportunity to present written or oral testimony about either or both of the proposed sales. The agenda for the meeting will be published on the City’s website the Thursday prior to the meeting at www.ci.florence.or.us.
