Resolutions CC 24 03 ANN 02 and CC 24 04 ZC 02 - S Harbor Vista Dr. Annexation and Zone Change
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On June 25, 2024 the City of Florence Planning Commission recommended to City Council the proposed annexation. City Council meeting regarding this application will be held on July 15, 2024 (see notice of hearing below).
Notice is hereby given that on June 25, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. the Planning Commission will deliberate a petition from Jeffrey Morrison and Tina Gardner to annex approximately 0.20 acres of property and apply Medium Density Residential (MDR) zoning at 4751 S. Harbor Vista Dr., approximately 109’ West of the intersection of S. Harbor Vista and Rhododendron Dr. The Planning Commission decision will be a recommendation to City Council for consideration at a hearing on a date to be determined.
