Bulk Water Filling Station

The City of Florence Public Works Department provides bulk water purchases through their automated bulk water filling station.

The filling station, located at 2675 Kingwood is a safe and secure location for filling large capacity  mobile water tanks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A 2 1/2" NST hose connection is required and must be hooked up to the hydrant prior to accessing the system.

The station works on a pre-paid basis by setting up an account at portapay.com.  To set up an account:

• Go to portapay.com
• Click "Create New Account" and use PAL7098 as the Facility Code
• Once you complete and submit your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you.  Click the link to confirm your email address.
• Login at Portapay.com and make a payment using the "Manage Funds" page
• Use the access number and PIN on the Access Numbers page to log in at the station and draw water
• Cost is $3.37 per 1,000 gallons
