Fats, Oils, & Grease (FOG) Control Program
The City of Florence offers a free online reporting system to allow local businesses to easily submit FOG maintenance documents and monitor their compliance with City Sewer Codes. Submit the form below to register your business. Once confirmed, you’ll have access to your business profile, where you will be able to upload FOG maintenance documents and monitor your compliance. If you have any questions, or if you prefer to submit your business registration info by email or phone, contact: wastewater@ci.florence.or.us or 541-997-4106.
» Can my hauler upload my records for me?
Florence's area service providers have been invited to join the system. If your service provider is participating, it will be able to upload your documents on your behalf with your authorization. You'll be able to view the documents the service provider uploads for you.
» I or one of my employees clean out the grease control device; what should we do?
Complete your maintenance record-keeping log as usual, then take a photo and upload it.
