Notice of Public Hearing
The Florence Planning Commission held a public hearing at 5:30 P.M. on September 28, 2021, in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers located at 250 Highway 101 on the following matter: A consolidated application to request approval for a Design Review and Variances from density, building height, parking and lighting regulations for Shore Pines Housing Development. Proposed development to be located at Assessor’s Map 18-12-14-33, Tax Lots 00500. Site contains 2.45-acres situated approximately 380 feet NE of intersection of Hwy 101 and 37th St. Proposed are two 3-story buildings containing a total of 68 affordable apartment units located in the Highway District, regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 16.
