NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Florence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on November 22, 2011, in the Florence City Council Chambers, 250 Highway 101, to hear and consider the following matter:

RESOLUTION PC 11 12 EAP 02: Request for a six month extension to the approved Preliminary Planned Unit Development, Cannery Station, located at 87344 Highway 101, Assessors Map # 18-12-14-20 Tax lot 700 (Original File # PC 08 09 PUD 01).

Criteria Applying to this Matter for a Permit Extension include:
Florence City Code (FCC)
FCC 10-1: Zoning Administration
FCC 10-23: Planned Unit Developments

Testimony and evidence must be directed toward the criteria described above or other criteria in the Comprehensive Plan or land use regulations which is believed to apply to the decision. Written testimony may be submitted until November 22, 2011 at 5:00 PM, to the Community Development Department, Florence City Hall, 250 Highway 101, Florence, Oregon, 97439, e-mailed to Melissa Anderson or faxed to 541-997-4109. Please include a mailing address if submitting comments by fax or e-mail. Failure to raise an issue in person or by letter, or failure to provide sufficient specificity to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond precludes appeal based on that issue. The hearing will be conducted in accordance with Florence City Code Title 2, Chapter 10.

Applicable criteria and other related materials are available for inspection or for purchase at a cost of $0.20 - 0.40/ photocopy at the Florence City Hall located at 250 Highway 101, Florence, Oregon or listed below.
