Notice of Public Hearing
The Florence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:30pm on April 23, 2024, in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers located at 250 Hwy 101 to hear and consider the following matters:
An application submitted for an expansion of a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review of a covered play structure located on the Siuslaw Elementary School property. This project is to be located at 2221 Oak Street. The property is located at Assessor’s Map 18-12-22-00, Tax Lot 003000, situated in the High Density Residential District regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 10.
