4726 Sea Breeze Lane and Public Right of Way to be annexed in the City .34 acres to apply Low Density Residential

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. the Planning Commission will deliberate a petition from Ellen Huntingdon to annex approximately .34 acres of property and apply Low Density Residential zoning. The property is described as, 4726 Sea Breeze Lane at Assessor’s Map No. 18-12-10-32, Tax Lot 00800 Seabreeze Lane and Rhododendron Dr. The property is proposed to be zoned Low Density Residential (LDR). Public right-of-way would also be annexed, to include Sea Breeze Lane. The Planning Commission decision will be a recommendation to City Council for consideration at a hearing on a date to be determined.
