Notice of Public Hearing

The Florence Planning Commission will hold a public hearing 5:30 p.m. on June 25, 2024, in the City of Florence City Hall Chambers located at 250 Hwy 101, to hear and consider the following matter:

Resolution PC 24 19 DR 05 – Oak Manor Apartments LP Lighting Exception:   An application submitted by Layne Morrill, requesting approval of an exception to site illumination levels.  They propose levels below and above the minimum and maximum foot-candle levels (2 and 5) requiring Planning Commission consideration and approval.  The property is shown on the Lane County Assessor’s Map # 18-12-14-33, TL 1302; and located at 3944 Oak Street, in the Highway District regulated by Florence City Code Title 10, Chapter 16.
